We are seeking a Project Manager or Project Coordinator to oversee the successful implementation of Grata’s platform across a growing portfolio of properties. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or new residential developments and be skilled at managing stakeholders, timelines, and resources to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the deployment of Grata’s platform across new developments and retrofit projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with property owners, developers, general contractors, and IoT vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
