Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the Engineering Department, including product and process engineering.
• Integrate and streamline process resources to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules and address abnormalities, ensuring timely reporting.
• Develop new manufacturing processes to maintain innovation and competitiveness.
• Lead process change and improvement meetings to drive continuous enhancements.
• Facilitate regular engineering-related meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
• Guide team members in professional knowledge, discipline, and skills development.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in SMT processes and familiar with IPC-610/600 standards.
• Experience in new product introduction (NPI).
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin plus
