Role: Web Designer

Location: Philadelphia, PA- Hybrid

Salary: $75-100k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Digital Web Designer on behalf of their agency client.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality website designs, including user interfaces and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company's digital presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and usability.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective and intuitive designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A passion for creating innovative and user-centered designs.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
