Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite)
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will support quality and manufacturing operations, focusing on improving processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in medical device production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering to support manufacturing projects and resolve production issues.
- Conduct time studies and improve assembly line efficiency for medical device manufacturing.
- Perform qualification, verification, and validation of processes and devices.
- Lead tasks related to new product development, including process improvements, six sigma studies, and testing.
- Design, procure, and fabricate tools and fixtures.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product safety, efficacy, and quality.
- Train and guide operators and technicians.
- Participate in risk analysis, design reviews, and cross-functional team projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and performance.
- Design, test, and validate equipment and processes while recommending enhancements.
Required Skills:
