The HR Generalist will take charge of Human Resources for the firm. Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

• Managing employee relations
• Overseeing benefits administration
• Maintaining the onboarding process
• Facilitating people operations
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance
• Ensuring a positive employee experience
• Helping with recruiting and other HR tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong comprehension of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Background in professional services is a huge plus!
