Job Summary ** New Competitive Rates** * $40,000 Sign-On Bonus * Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is currently hiring qualified CRNA’s to work at our Main Campus in Boston, MA. This advanced practice position offers interested individuals the opportunity to develop their clinical skills with a dynamic anesthesia team in a large, academic medical center with a rich history and strong medical school affiliation. At MGH, CRNAs have a great working relationship with anesthesiologists and are part of an integrated care team model. We have an exceptional leadership team, an extensive orientation and training program and regularly scheduled check-ins to support new graduate CRNAs and ensure they succeed in an acute, fast paced environment. Our focus on teaching, learning, and innovation prepares our CRNAs for growth and development within the department.
