We are looking for a motivated and skilled Machine Operator/Technician to join our production team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated machinery to streamline production, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products to our customers. You'll work closely with production managers, quality inspectors, and team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
POSITION SUMMARY
Machine Operator/Technician (Tech) is responsible for setting up and operating automated machinery to streamline the production process efficiently and effectively to produce quality products. Tech will operate full integration of feeding, gluing, flipping, tape edging, cover filling, inspection, and packing. Tech is responsible for meeting n daily production targets. Will also perform quality assurance checks on mattresses and contribute to continuous improvement processes. In their daily work, Tech will interact with production managers, quality inspectors, and other team associates.
The Machine Operator/Technician must be able to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and management clearly, with dignity and respect.
