Braum's Bakery in Tuttle Oklahoma is looking to hire an experienced Bakery Production Supervisor!
  • **MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A LARGE-SCALE BAKERY
We have a 56 year reputation for quality products and service and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team. Production supervisory experience in a high volume Bakery Manufacturing facility is required. The Production Supervisor ensures that the highest quality products are produced by monitoring all aspects of manufacturing for products such as buns, breads, bagels, cookies, muffins, and brownies. This individual must understand Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACP/HARPC and Food Safety Programs. Must have in depth knowledge and first hand bakery production experience with industrial production processes in a ready-to-eat Bakery. This individual will establish and maintain a positive work environment by inspiring up to 40 employees at a time through strong leadership, vision, and passion. The Production Supervisor ensures that the appropriate standard operating procedures are developed and maintained in all areas of the Bakery. Must be able to plan, organize, and provide leadership necessary for achieving productions goals while providing the highest quality products to our customers. This individual ensures effective communication between shifts and other departments by ensuring established communication methods regarding company performance and safety. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the successful attainment of production objectives, implementation of policies, and most effective utilization of available resources. Must have the ability to monitor the production processes, make necessary adjustments in scheduling, and/or improve production methods/techniques to achieve company goals. This individual is responsible for expense control, including shrink, labor and overhead costs by utilizing continuous improvement techniques. Must stay current on bakery science processes and techniques. We are an innovative and progressive company that offers an excellent career opportunity.
Work schedule is 6 PM to 6 AM and will be a 4 days on 2 days off rotation. Salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
