The W Hotel Fort Lauderdale , with STARR Restaurants affiliated properties Steak 954 and El Vez , is seeking a full-time Hotel Stewarding Supervisor to support the multiple F&B outlets on property. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Organize and direct stewarding staff in the cleaning and general upkeep in any culinary space of the hotel, including but not limited to such tasks as dishwashing, trash removal, floor sweeping & mopping, smallwares cleaning & organization, any cleaning or organizing project given to them by the Executive Steward or Culinary Management

-Banquet event support: organizing/delivering set ups & prepared food. Cleaning & assisting during and after events

-Occasional assistance with food preparation and finishing

Qualified candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of stewarding, dishwashing or prep cook roles in a well-rated hotel or restaurant
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full time availability is a must
