Sales Executive, Staffing Industry
Location: Houston TX Metropolitan Area
Pay: Competitive Base + Commission; OTE for 1st year = $110K+ -- uncapped earnings potential!!
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Our client is an award-winning staffing company that works within the manufacturing and distribution industries. They seek an experienced staffing sales professional to "own" the Houston market! Help companies secure the talent they need to operate successfully.
In this outside sales role, you will frequently be in the field visiting prospects and clients. When not in the field, your "office" will be a combination of your home-based office and the company's branch office. Successful Sales Executives within the company spend about 60% of their time in the field, engaging with prospects and clients.

- Target prospects, qualify prospective business, and conduct customer meetings
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking at key client/association events and using your professional network.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to understand the client's needs and demonstrate the value of the company's services to meet those needs
What you need to succeed:
- 1+ years outside sales experience in the staffing industry is required
- Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
- Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
- Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
