Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Finance Analyst to join our team. This role will partner with leaders in the sales organization, focusing on one of the vertical leadership sales teams. The ideal candidate will manage and develop SG&A budgets, including sales forecasts, general expenses, and administrative costs, while contributing to periodic forecasting and reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership sales vertical team to develop and manage SG&A (Sales, General, and Administrative) budgets.
• Work on sales forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning and alignment with company goals.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting activities and assist in closing reporting periods.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Tableau for enhanced data visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy in Excel for tracking and analysis of financial metrics.
• Prepare presentations and summaries using PowerPoint to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the financial needs of government housing, hospitality, healthcare, and inside sales sectors.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to prepare professional and impactful presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial data clearly.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in finance or sales-related roles in industries such as government housing, hospitality, healthcare, or inside sales is highly desirable.
