Qualifications / Skills:

• Personal training and CPR certification (required)
• 1+ years of experience in personal training
• Basic understanding of nutrition for fat loss
• Weightlifting experience and knowledge of safe exercise techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Description:

• Lead engaging 1-1 personal training sessions for clients of all fitness levels
• Develop customized fitness programs that focus on achieving clients' goals (weight loss, strength, overall fitness)
• Monitor and track client progress to adjust programs as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for our clients
• Attend training and development team meetings to grow your skills and expertise

Working Hours:

• Flexible schedule with morning availability required
• Part-time position with the potential for full-time growth

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $30/hour
• Bonus and commission opportunities
• Potential for wage growth based on performance
