$125k - $150K + Bonus

Ventura County, California Area

Work as the Executive Assistant (A true Right-Hand) to the Principal of this UHNW Family. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a supportive work culture. The EA will manage multiple family member calendars and travel schedules, however, more than 75% of the role will include a wide variety of business oriented responsibilities with many directly related to the family's exciting real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle various responsibilities in a flexible and adaptive manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple schedules and calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the principal, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.
  • Handle correspondence and communication, both written and verbal, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the household.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials as requested to facilitate decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with calendar management tools.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of the principal.
