Job Responsibilities:

Supports and works with the Configuration Management team focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity in several aspects of engineering documentation duties to include drawing release, data entry, & change management.

Assisting with compliance and maintenance of configuration management company standards. and processes. Creating updates where necessary to improve effectiveness for the organization.

Maintain of data items within a Product Life Management (PLM) system.

Review of configuration management documentation standards.

Follows and understands company policies, procedures and processes.

Participate in Change Review Board (CRB) meetings.

Collaboration with Engineering staff and internal department associates.

Support internal audits regarding Configuration Management processes.

Review of documentation for data accuracy within a process workflow.

Ensures department practices and procedures are followed by Engineering staff.

Knowledge, Experience & Education:

Understands basic management approaches such as prioritizing work and process execution.

Associate degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical documentation experience.

Knowledge of Team Center is a plus.

Knowledge of working with a Product Life Management (PLM) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) data base management system.

Knowledge of Microsoft tools; word, excel, outlook E-mail.
