The company is currently backed by a leading private equity investor focused on elevating process to support organic and acquisitive growth initiatives.
We require a true leader who is hands-on yet having strategic scope and vision to drive sales and oversee operations for this dynamic business serving a niche marketplace. You will be called on to establish a sales function focused on building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of blue-chip customers. The General Manager will have proven success building out a scalable organization while driving and managing strong top line growth and increased profitability.
This individual will have led both the operational and commercial functions in their career and may have served as a division leader or business unit manager out of a large organization where they have developed a solid foundation of process and best practices. This role requires a high-energy, focused leader who can manage through metrics and KPIs and lead from the front.
A competitive base salary, incentive bonus plan and long-term incentive are offered.
