Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
Required Skills
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 1 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills with a moderate degree of personal accountability.
- Prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while having a sharp eye for details.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with production planning systems, such as master production schedule & material requirements planning.
- Ability to successfully interact and coordinate globally across the organization, technical and non-technical.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinates and/or monitors Planned orders and Production Orders final approval of products built through the complete production cycle.
- Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule; Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces at a minimum with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Project Managers, Manufacturing.
- Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
- Works on problems of Low scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Works to maintain team performance standards under changing circumstances.
- Works on problems of low scope where analysis of situations or data requires minimal research.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, production planning or a related field
- Adept knowledge of SAP(MM/PP) or similar ERP system
- Knowledge of BOM structures and Engineering Change process
- Experience in wafer processing or general manufacturing is a definite plus.
