Job responsibility:
1. Investigation of local conditions Understand the city's laws and local culture, and master the operation mode, competition pattern and business scale (order quantity and delivery capacity) of local mainstream business companies through investigation, so as to optimize their own operations and enhance market competitiveness.
2. Build and manage local teams Set up warehouse management and driver management teams, responsible for team task division, scheduling, performance appraisal, etc.
3. Self-delivery business operation
(1) Formulate SOP for standard warehouse management and SOP for driver training, refine the key points of work, and supervise the efficiency of SOP implementation;
(2) Warehouse safety management;
(3) Improve the efficiency and quality of employment through the management of labor suppliers;
(4) Monitor the timeliness and quality of delivery through the operation and management of the fleet and drivers, and deal with unexpected problems in time;
(5) through the management of trunk suppliers, ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods in the warehouse;
4. Administrative auxiliary work Assist the head office to carry out warehouse leasing, business qualification handling, hydro power network, fixed assets management, government affairs docking and other work in the local area.
5. Other work assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1.U.S. Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen status.
2.A Bachelor's degree or higher education level is highly preferred.
3.3-5 years of local work experience in express delivery, logistics and distribution industry in North America, 1 year or more management experience.
4.Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional ability to work independently are highly valued attributes.
5.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate within the team and with external stakeholders.
6.Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be critical in handling various operational challenges.
7.As a team player with a collaborative spirit, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8.Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software, with above-average expertise in Word/Excel, is expected.
9.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese supporting teams.
