Title: Cencon Agent
Location: Dallas, TX 75261
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
PR : 20hr – 22hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4x10 hour shifts, All shifts will be determined after training but can be from 8am – 7pm CST.
Must-haves
- Troubleshooting knowledge/experience
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 70% accuracy
- Extreme attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast, demanding environment
- Must have great professionalism and efficiently when using email and Microsoft Office suites
Job Description
You will be responsible as an individual contributor to the Cencon team, ensuring they handle all contacts both phone and email, lock key orders, troubleshooting and lock-programming tasks are handled accurately and in a timely manner. You will be tracking, managing, and updating all moving parts throughout the entire process of ATM deployment and maintenance projects. Outside of technical support, you will also be configuring and staging ATM locks before they are deployed.
