Change Management Analyst

Contract

Chicago, Il- 3 days Hybrid


We're seeking an OCM Consultant/ Change Management Analyst to facilitate change management efforts within our Information Technology team of our direct client. This role involves creating comprehensive change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans for small to medium change initiatives. You'll also support larger transformational efforts and contribute to IT's OCM Center of Excellence.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organization Change, Organization Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training)

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, leading change management, functional training, organizational design, communications or organizational development, project leadership and/or management consulting

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent active listening skills.

• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools is a necessity. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-media, design, and publishing tools a plus.

• Agile Proficiency preferred


Tasks & Responsibilities:

• (Primary focus) Create/develop related change deliverables (including, but not limited to champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, and training).

• Understand goals for the change and translate them into impacts to the organization.

• For change initiatives, assess stakeholder change impacts and provide leadership in development of strategy and plans for business readiness including process change, training, and communications.

• Influence and guide other employees through the change management process.

• Ensure messaging is aligned with objectives of the initiative, the department, and the enterprise.

• Build metrics to monitor engagement and readiness for change.
