Job Description: Position: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Location: The Bay Area (Relocation Package Available)

Compensation: Base Salary of $400,000 + Bonus and RSU/LTI, Total Compensation up to $900,000

Position Overview: The CISO will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and securing our AI data centers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building security programs within fast-growing startups. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills with US government entities and international experience, particularly with UAE ministries and federal authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Strategy: Design and implExement a robust cybersecurity strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Compliance: Lead efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP compliance for federal integration.
• AI Data Centers: Ensure the security of osur AI data centers, protecting sensitive data and infrastructure.
• Government Relations: Manage relationships with key US government entities, including the White House, Congress, and Senate.
• International Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with UAE ministries and federal authorities.
• Adaptability: Quickly pivot and adapt to the continuously changing business landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and leading cybersecurity programs within startups.
• Expertise in designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps strategies within cloud infrastructure and application development lifecycles.
• Experience with FedRAMP compliance and federal integration.
• Strong knowledge of securing AI data centers.
• Excellent relationship management skills with US government entities.
• International experience, particularly with UAE ministries and federal authorities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience building cyber programs from the ground up, including people, processes, and tools.
