Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review standard contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Coordinate contract administration and document management across departments.
- Ensure internal approvals are obtained for contract deviations during negotiations.
- Assist with corporate matters, including the organization and management of international subsidiaries.
- Support HR-related documentation and processes as needed.
- Manage compliance documentation, training materials, and record-keeping systems.
- Generate reports from the document-tracking database on contract status, processing times, and operational metrics.
- Maintain and update the library of template forms, fallback provisions, and related materials.
- Archive fully executed contracts and ensure their accessibility.
- Contribute to broader initiatives, such as the launch of new products and organizational improvements.
- Collaborate across departments and with internal stakeholders to address operational needs.
