What You Will Do

Responsible for supervising thirty employees for a three-shift facility and scheduling day-to-day operational activities for nine buildings. Overseeing the segregation and consolidation of universal waste streams and follow-up on sixty monthly shipments. Also, integrate into the customer's operations.

Furthermore, oversee the health, safety, and environmental compliance issues and policies, quality assurance/control, determining the cost of supplies versus labor, providing technical expertise on operational modifications, hiring and training subordinates, etc. Assist immediate supervisor in the annual preparation of goals versus forecasted budgeted allowances and conducting special exploratory assignments.

What You Will Need

A bachelor's degree is a plus.

Three to five years of operations or manufacturing experience.

Three to five years of supervisor experience.

Okay, with lots of walking.

Waste experience is a plus, not a must.
