Case Crafters is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in custom casework and millwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction projects across various sectors and possess the ability to read blueprints accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and blueprints to prepare accurate estimates for custom casework and millwork projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and timeframes.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, as well as maintaining pricing data up to date.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for potential projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction projects within commercial, institutional, or government sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
