Objective
The role involves supporting the Business Lead in the analysis, documentation, and design of business processes and tools associated with a new ETRM system rollout. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Middle Office and Back Office, as well as IT teams, to deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive post-trade framework encompassing Market Risk, P&L, Credit Risk, Accounting, and Invoicing while utilizing existing tools. Strong expertise in these domains is essential, and knowledge of electronic trading platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- In-depth understanding of the Power and Gas Energy sectors and ISO trading markets.
- Proven experience in Back Office operations.
- Familiarity with ETRM platforms and solutions.
- Strong background in collaborating with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams on IT initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in Windows-based operating systems.
