Job Function:

• provide legal guidance and representation to clients in various general real estate transactions.
• negotiate and draft contracts, reviewing titles and deeds, conducting due diligence, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Requirement:

• 4-6 years of general real estate experience.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required.
• Experience with leasing, acquisitions, and title examination preferred.
• Experience with home building preferred.
