I am currently working with a leading boutique litigation law firm , who are actively looking to recruit an attorney to join their Kansas City office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the firm's shareholders on a broad array of litigation matters.
• The majority of the firm's shareholders have previous 'Big Law' experience and predominantly handle sophisticated and complex litigation matters from national clients. This successful hire will be expected to be able to operate at a high standard and offer exceptional service.
• You will assist clients ranging from high profile individuals to Fortune 100 companies.
• You will work on business litigation cases, with exposure to all areas of the case, including motion practice, discovery, depositions and trial.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience - ideally gained in a large law firm setting or a prestigious clerkship.
• Strong academic background.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Excellent writing and case management skills.
