Lateral Link is working with a repeat client and AmLaw 50 firm with a new need for a mid-level/senior associate with at least two years of experience handling US/International patent prosecution.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years' of experience with validity analysis, freedom-to-operate, and drafting complete patent applications.

Experience with licensing agreements and corporate deal support is a plus.

Technical skills in biology, chemistry, or similar are required, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical and/or bio-tech industries.

The group is in the early stages of reviewing candidates.
