Job Description:

• Face to face interview required

• Provide project management for helpdesk issues, service request, and projects as assigned. Establishes, plans, and coordinates work efforts. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Assists with designing and implementing the components required for complex network project designs. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of the network infrastructure including wireless, routing, and routing protocols, NAT, QoS, ACL, firewalls, remote access and VOIP.
• Installs, configures, and maintains organization’s network. Reviews, plans, and evaluates network systems. Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN/WAN. Recommends and schedules repairs. Provides end user support for all LAN-based applications. Troubleshoots network systems and recommends improvements to the network. Provides documentation /project tracking and management reporting. Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects. Analyzes network security and recommends, develops, and deploys security measures to protect information against unauthorized intrusion, modification, or loss.
• Maintains and manages internet web filter, includes designing rules, appliance management, daily operation, and support, troubleshooting.
• Manages the cellular mobility VPN software and hardware.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments.
• Must maintain personal mobile technology as a condition of employment.
