Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Knox Academy, a K-5 school dedicated to supporting students with autism, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: School setting (non-clinical)
• Pay: Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to foster a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting students with autism in reaching their full potential.
