Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising and Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and elevate brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the jewelry industry, particularly in gold jewelry and product development, or within the broader fashion consumer products sector. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills, as well as a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development efforts from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demand.
• Design and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and placement.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product offerings meet market expectations.
• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store channels.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels to balance availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and customers to support business goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of merchandising and marketing efforts, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into marketing and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field.
• Proven track record in merchandising and marketing , preferably within the jewelry industry or fashion consumer products.
• Experience in the gold jewelry market is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in product development from ideation to market launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
