Role: Field Marketing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to expand our community presence and drive local market growth through innovative grassroots marketing initiatives.
About the Job:
As Field Marketing Manager, you'll be the face of Christmas Air in the DFW community, developing and executing local marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You'll create partnerships with local businesses, manage event presence, and coordinate community outreach programs across the metroplex.
Compensation Range:
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on lead generation and event metrics
- Total potential compensation: $50,000 - $55,000

Work Schedule:
- Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends for events
- Primary working hours Monday-Friday
- Adjusted hours during peak seasonal events and campaigns
Location:
Main office is based out of Lewisville
Work You'll Do:
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies across DFW
- Plan and manage presence at home shows, community events, and local festivals
- Create partnerships with local businesses, real estate agencies, and community organizations
- Coordinate neighborhood marketing campaigns and door-to-door initiatives
- Manage local sports team sponsorships and community sponsorship programs
- Organize and execute seasonal promotional events
- Coordinate with sales team to maximize lead conversion from field activities
- Design and implement referral programs with local partners
- Track and report on field marketing metrics and ROI
- Manage field marketing budget and team resources
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of field marketing or community outreach experience
- Proven track record in event management and community relations
- Strong understanding of the DFW market and local communities
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of home services industry preferred
- Proven success in lead generation through community events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Field marketing strategy presentation
- Ride-along with current field team
- Final interview with company leadership
