Job Title: Part-Time Trust Admin
Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716
Job Duration: 6 months contract
Local candidates to St. Petersburg, FL only- This is a part-time (10:00 AM- 2:00 PM 20 hours per week) temporary role that may be extended based on need
This role is on-site Monday- Friday
Duties:
- Data entry
- Generating reports
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Team
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties
- Provides real-time assistance
- Performs routine admin tasks
- Identifies opportunities for operations improvements
- Handles ad hoc tasks
- Sets up meetings and appointments
Skills:
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant or administrative coordinator experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry)
- Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel)
- Professional demeanor
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Education:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivant required
