What You’ll Be Doing

• Take Ownership : Lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring everything stays on track.
• Run the Jobsite : Oversee day-to-day activities, resolve issues, and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Work with Subs : Build strong relationships, review bids, negotiate contracts, and keep subcontractors aligned with schedules and expectations.
• Keep Clients Happy : Communicate regularly, manage expectations, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
• Manage the Budget : Stay on top of costs, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
• Lead the Team : Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep everyone working toward the same goal.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Experience : 7–10 years managing construction projects, especially in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Education : A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• Tech Savvy : Experience with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Strong Leadership : You know how to lead, communicate, and solve problems on-site and in the office.
• Flexibility : Willing to travel up to 10% to job sites across the U.S.
