Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for multi-family projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Manage site preparation, grading, and infrastructure development as part of comprehensive civil work.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to meet project milestones and specifications.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction , including site development and utilities.
