I'm seeking a diligent and experienced DAta Center Superintendent who will play an integral role at our clients Data Center project sites across the US. This is a permanent position that calls for someone with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee on-site coordination across all phases of construction.

- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors efficiently.

- Conduct quality control responsibilities ensuring compliance with specifications.

- Coordinate inspections within local jurisdictions diligently.

- Uphold safety standards by identifying non-compliance issues among contractors.

Knowledge & Abilities

Proficiency spanning Division 2-10 scopes (concrete through finish trade).

Competency resolving conflicts between subcontractors/vendors while providing clear direction when needed.
