Job Summary:
Fran's Stay at Home Care is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to work in office. As the backbone of our office, you’ll ensure smooth workflows, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional home care services. This role requires local travel to sign up clients, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and administrative tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure proper documentation of client records.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee files.
- Oversee correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Travel within the city to sign up new clients and represent the agency professionally.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel within the city is required).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Familiarity with home care operations or healthcare industry preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
