Responsibilities YOUR ROLE: As a
Real Estate Sales Specialist , you'll be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners seeking solutions. This isn't just a job-it's a chance to use your communication skills to build lasting relationships while helping individuals and families move toward their dreams. You will be working and nurturing warm, in-bound leads, with no cold calling required. This is not a licensed real estate agent position, nor would a license contribute to your success in the role. You would be a foundational member of a high performing team using cutting-edge tools to manage and grow home seller leads into meaningful opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO •Manage and nurture inbound phone and web leads,
•Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to build lasting relationships.
•Conduct basic property research and evaluations.
•Take initiative to create rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications •Sales experience with high volume phone calls is a plus, but not required. We are prepared to train the right person
•Experience with a CRM (customer relation management systems) is preferred, but not required.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Reliable transportation and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
