**The role youll contribute:**

**Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Provides professional leadership to production and kitchen staff. Ensures all recipes, food preparation and presentations meet high quality specifications. Conducts purchasing and inventory duties within contract agreement.**

**The value youll bring to the team:**

+ Cooks all foods according to the standardized recipes.

+ Prepares food items according to patient specific restrictions and established schedules.

+ Maintain adequate supply of hot and cold items required for cafeteria, patient, and unit stocking.

+ Prepares food for institutional functions, both standard and special.

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:**

+ **_High School Diploma or GED_**

+ Three years of previous healthcare or commercial cooking experience
