THE JOB We are looking for a seasoned
Digital Sales Specialist to drive new business growth and develop long-lasting relationships with Enterprise-level clients. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. You will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and managing client relationships post-sale. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a sales pipeline and achieving gross annual sales.
- Making weekly cold-calls, prospecting emails, and running new business appointments weekly
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Accurately tracking activities and sales in Salesforce.
THE QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, with experience handling SMB through enterprise-level prospects and customer accounts.
- Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and marketing analytics.
- Experience in business development, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals (accounts/deals bringing in between $250K to $1M+ annually).
- A robust network in the digital marketing industry and the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics.
THE BENEFITS - Base Salary : $80,000-$100,000 (dependent upon experience).
- On-Target Earnings : Potential to earn $135,000-$150,000+ in year 1 and $200,000+ year 2
