Published: Oct 31, 2024 - The Account Consultant manages a customer territory primarily serviced from the REA office, focusing on proactive and reactive sales, retention, and solutions-oriented selling. Engages in identifying growth opportunities and maintaining customer relationships, including extensive use of Salesforce for tracking interactions and sales progress. Actively participates in territory growth initiatives, promoting REA services and ensuring high-quality property listings.Responsibilities: Contact for territory of customers serviced primarily from the REA office for both proactive and reactive sales.Grow depth and non-depth within a defined territory, by managing retention and selling solutions, not products to customers and by monitoring customer usage.Identify and close new opportunities and protect existing customer relationships to achieve growth including inputting into Salesforce.Log all meetings, calls, and customer interactions into Salesforce.Respond to consumer inquiries - via phone, email, and Zoom - in a professional and timely manner.Participate in gap-fill initiatives to ensure territory growth.Identify sales opportunities for other REA services, e.g., Media, Developer, Commercial, etc., and engage specialist sales resources.Develop a systematic approach to proactively engage regularly with Tier 3 customers as per Performance Commitments.Retain customer base by minimizing cancellations and downgrades.Actively promote the use of REA services, tools, and resources across the territory customer base.Ensure that the quality of property listings meets the Acceptable Use Policy.Ensure relevant performance data, analysis, reporting, and leads are delivered to customers in a timely and convenient manner.Maintain and increase customer sentiment scores through CSFP tracking.Engage in quality conversations with customers that deliver value to business.Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (Hard Skills)Sales and Retention Strategies (Hard Skills)CRM Software Proficiency (Salesforce) (Hard Skills)Data Analysis and Reporting (Hard Skills)Professional Communication (Soft Skills)#J-18808-Ljbffr
