A very rare opening for a Pastry Assustant to our exceptional Pastry Chef Craig Harzewski has just become available! The chance to work with such a talented chef is a great opportunity for the right person.

Brindille is open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday. Duties include being the assistant to the Pastry Chef. All items for service are made in house. Ice creams, Sorbets, Chocolates, Mignardises and Frivolities. Plated dessert service, techniques for French bread baking- Pain au Lait rollls, varieties of Brioche, Country Bread, Savory breads, tarted and sweets.

Focused, good communication skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required.
