Bread and Brioche LLC is actively recruiting a baker to join our team. We are about to open on January, so we will need an assistant baker for this new venture.
We are about quality, integrity and team work. Our goal is to provide our community with Atlanta's best baked goods.
This position requires at least one year of professional baking experience and will consist in assisting our head baker in running daily production (mixing dough, baking, shaping, prep...). This job opening is a PM/NIGHT shift and will rapidly evolve in a full time position. We are at first looking for a once a week shift either 7pm - 3 am.
