Proposed Senior Level Resource must have:

• Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent training and experience in IT.

• 7 years of experience in enterprise RDBMS Database administration with large-scale, mission-critical applications (Microsoft SQL Server 2012+).

Formal education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:

Bachelor’s Degree

1 year

Master’s Degree

2 years

Proposed Senior Level Resource must have demonstrated experience in the following:

· Experience with Database Server Performance and Optimization tools.

· Experience managing database backup, restore and data archiving tasks.

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server security best practices.

· Advanced knowledge of AlwaysOn, Transactional Replication, Clustering and T-SQL.

· Experience with implementing database upgrades.

· Experience with Database PAAS solutions in a cloud solution.

· Experience with CI CD process and setup from database end.

· Scripting knowledge for automating day to day tasks (Shell script, Power shell).

· Knowledge on Azure Data Factory.

· Knowledge on ETL data warehouse architecture.

· Working experience on CDC tools & replication.

· Installs, Patches, upgrades, and maintains the system health

It’s desirable for the proposed Senior Level Resource to have:

· Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server.

· Experience with T SQL scripts and Batches.

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS/SSAS).

· Knowledge on No SQL databases like Cosmos DB or Mongo DB.
