We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Team Lead with expertise in process improvement, design implementation, and project management within the Engineering & Manufacturing Department. Description As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following: Lead one direct report in manufacturing engineering. Focus directly in process improvement, design implementation, and project management. Interaction with customers and managing relationships with vendors. Implement and maintain quality control standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. Monitor production timelines to ensure targets are met. Profile A successful Manufacturing Team Lead should have: A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field. At least 5 years of experience in Engineering & Manufacturing. Knowledge of welding and machining. Experience working with automated machinery. SolidWorks and CAD Software proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
