This role provides recruitment support by managing interview schedules, producing contracts across multiple regions, and handling on boarding and pre-hire checks. Client Details Our client is a global investment management firm, known for its leadership in asset management, risk management, and financial services. Description Schedule a high volume of interviews, coordinating with candidates and business for availability, booking rooms or video conferences, and sending confirmations. Process internal transfers and manage the on boarding process, escalating when necessary. Maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other trackers. Serve as the point of contact for new hires, ensuring all pre-hire actions are completed before the start date. Identify and recommend solutions to improve HR processes and operational efficiency. Profile Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently. Strong client relationship management skills, capable of building trusted partnerships across internal teams. Motivated, energizing, and able to inspire others to achieve high performance. Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messages and handle diverse issues with different audiences. Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. BA/BS degree required; certifications in HR-related areas preferred.
