Description Manage all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Lead project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong collaboration and communication. Oversee client relationships, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor and manage risk, quality, and compliance with contract requirements. Analyze project progress and implement solutions to address challenges proactively. Profile Experiance on data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and cost management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
