Description Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and field staff. Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and logistics. Coordinate closely with project management, owners, architects, and engineers. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies. Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to avoid delays. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues. Profile Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $50 million. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Expertise in construction methods, scheduling software, and safety regulations. Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and drive project success.
