DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead and oversee all activities at one location of our fine dining restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s daily operations, supervising the management team and staff, and ensuring alignment with our fine dining standards and operational guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.

• Lead and develop the restaurant management team and personnel.

• Maintain consistency in preparing the highest quality food and beverages.

Qualifications:
