We have partnered to search for a Bilingual HRBP - English and Spanish - in a manufacturing facility, this position will ensure all HR functions are carried out at the plant level for 2 facilities, the facilities are approximately 20 miles apart.

This position offers a salary of $75K+ depending on experience along with a full benefits package including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401K,

Candidates should posses the following:

• 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing facility
• Payroll, benefits, and employee relations in a manufacturing facility
• Be comfortable interacting with all levels, from plant leadership to front line supervisors to laborers; 25%-40% of the HRBP's time is spent on the manufacturing floor.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Bachelor in Human Resources or related degree; HR Certifications preferred; Occasional off shift work to interact with production staff on off-shifts.
