Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline
• Please provide portfolio or work samples.
• Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.)
• Video Editing skills
